I am here to get new connection added to my account. When I asked for the phones store manager Sandeep came and provided the phones and then showed his true colors by saying we need to buy cases or protection in store which is worth of $100 and threatening me saying that you might break the phone and you should be paying in full.. etc later when I say no he was telling me that sprint is giving me best offers and I am getting almost phones for free and why not I am giving some business by taking some more accessories near the store.
Customer service sucks!need to train the reps!awful
Horrible customer service experience, gave me wrong equipment and when I returned it they tried to charge me extra $5 'mind you this was their mistake..

Final comment by the manager was "Let me see how easy I am going to get the online order".. this was worst
Manager Sandeep didn’t refund me a screenprotector that I bought just because past one day of the 14 days of a purchase . Sealed in the box, he was very rude and disrespectful.
At least he should learn to be calm
Finally when they were suppose to transfer a line to my account he got pissed off (as I am not buying any of his offers) and told me to get the details by myself otherwise he cannot help...after long time spending there I decided not to go to store in person and do the order online by myself as the manage was showing the attitude and not at all helpful to the customer.
